Our organic wholemeal stone-ground rye flour retains all the goodness of the whole rye grain preserving its natural fibre, vitamins, minerals and a super tangy taste!

A good option for any recipes requiring a dark rye flour. Be aware it creates a stickier dough than with a strong wheat flour, so it will handle differently. Rye tin loaves, sourdough or yeasted are a good starting place if you're just getting to know this flour. A tin will help you with the shaping process. Rye flour can also be blended into mixes for cookies or pizza bases where you're looking for that tasty earthy rye flavour.
