Our high-grade flour is strong and perfect for sourdough and general baking.

Unlike standard white flour, it's caramel colour comes from a traditional stone milling process that retains the wheat germ and bran, enhancing both flavour and nutrition.

This flour has an 80% extraction rate and is organic. 

Grown with love in Canterbury, South Island of Aotearoa.

Stoneground white flour absorbs more water due to retained germ and bran, so adjust hydration for a softer dough. Handle gently to preserve its structure, allowing longer fermentation to enhance flavour and texture. Expect a creamy color and robust taste, making it ideal for sourdough, pizza dough, pastries, and cake

Keep It Cool - Store stoneground flour in a cool, dry place. Ideal storage temperatures are between 10-15°C.
